How can you fix the gap between my teeth?
For more minor spacing and misalignment issues, we recommend porcelain veneers. By securing these thin layers of dental ceramic over the gaps, we can make the extra space disappear when you smile. This cosmetic procedure effectively covers up gaps and makes the teeth appear more evenly aligned among those with rotated teeth or other aligned concerns.
What can you do about my yellow or stained teeth?
Here again, we may recommend porcelain veneers to cover up severely stained teeth. This option may be appropriate for individuals with stubborn, whitening-resistant intrinsic stains that affect the innermost tooth structure. Professional teeth whitening is more than suitable for many patients with yellow, brownish-colored, and stained teeth.
How do you whiten teeth?
We use special trays or oral appliances customized to fit your mouth. Fill the trays with our powerful whitening gel and wear them every day as directed by our team. You can get your desired level of whitening in a few weeks!
Why does professional teeth whitening work when drugstore products don’t?
We understand you may have been disappointed by the results (or lack of results) from OTC products. Remember that these products are not customized to your mouth and unique needs. Furthermore, as licensed dental professionals, we use more powerful and concentrated whitening gels than you can buy at the store. These gels are also made with active ingredients proven to remove stains from the teeth.
Is cosmetic dentistry right for everyone?
Certain treatments, like whitening and veneers, require a clean bill of oral health. During your consultation, we will assess the condition of your teeth and gums. If discoloration is actually due to oral problems like cavities, we may recommend restorative dental treatments instead. Treatments like composite tooth-colored fillings and porcelain crowns are highly cosmetic, so they blend in beautifully with the rest of your smile.
How much does cosmetic dentistry cost?
Teeth whitening with our take-home custom trays ranges from $340 to $680. Porcelain veneers cost around $1,372. Your dental insurance plan may cover some of the treatment costs for our highly cosmetic dental restorations. For instance, PPO plans may cover up to 80% of tooth-colored fillings. These fillings largely cost between $238 to $436. For porcelain/zirconia crowns, PPO plans may cover up to 50% of the cost, ranging from $849 to $1,450. Lastly, for those missing teeth, the inclusive cost of dental implants (implant, healing abutment, crown) costs anywhere between $2,424 to $4,880. Your insurance may have implant benefits to reduce the burden of out-of-pocket costs.
