Through the decades, we have become known as a trusted home for quality dental care. However, we blend this timeless service with timely and advanced technologies to support the best possible treatment outcomes and the type of exceptional experience that keeps patients coming back to our office and referring us to their friends and family members.

Dr. Steven Phan has extensive training and experience in comprehensive dental implant care. Our facility is equipped to place and restore implants with precision on-site.

Is it unusual for practices to place implants, too?

Many dental offices focus on restoring implants and refer the surgical placement to specialists. However, at Sac Dentist, Dr. Phan handles both aspects. He possesses the knowledge and experience to safely and comfortably place the implant in the jawbone and restore it with a crown.

What if I’m missing more than one tooth?

No problem! We can handle that, too. Dental implants are incredibly versatile. Think of the implant as an artificial tooth root. Once the implant has been placed and is secure in the jawbone, it functions to “root” or stabilize the replacement tooth or crown. However, Dr. Phan can insert more implants in the jaw to stabilize additional replacement teeth.

Does each replacement tooth need to have an implant?

Many of the benefits associated with implant-supported teeth are related to their design, which mimics natural teeth. However, unlike natural teeth, not every restoration requires an implant. This is a particularly attractive feature for individuals who are missing several teeth and may require a dental implant-supported bridge or denture.

How many implants are needed for a bridge or denture?

The answer to this question can vary from person to person. We consider the quality and density of the bone tissue as well as the number of missing teeth and other characteristics and needs that are personal to you. Our advanced techniques and technologies allow some patients to achieve a complete smile restoration with just four to six implants for either an upper or lower denture or a total of eight to twelve implants to restore all their teeth. This approach minimizes the time spent in our office for treatment, reduces the number of surgical sites, and ultimately lowers the overall cost of obtaining new teeth.

Can I afford dental implants at Sac Dentist?

Every effort is made to ensure that cost concerns do not stand between you and the treatments you need or want to have your best, healthiest smile. We are very transparent and fair in our pricing. At our office, single implants cost anywhere from $2,424 to $4,880. This cost is all-inclusive and includes the implant, its healing attachment piece (abutment), and the restorative dental crown. Also, as a medically necessary procedure, insurance may cover a portion of the cost of treatment. Some plans even have implant benefits.

Many Happy Faces

Dental implants are titanium roots, that are replaced with in the jawbone to resemble a tooth or group of teeth. A screw is inserted through the gums and into the jawbone. A porcelain crown is then attached to the screw to become the new tooth or teeth. They can be used to support dental prosthesis including crowns, dentures, and bridges. Today’s treatments are so natural looking, no one will know you had surgery. There’s approximately a 95% success rate for all implants. With modern advances in dentistry, some implants can be restored immediately with life like all porcelain crowns. For more details ask your dentist.
